What's on your workdesk? Wednesday #196

It's Wednesday!!
Want to peek at my desk?

Yesterday, I decided to just have some fun. My dear friend, Tracy Weinzapfel, has challenged her Mixed Media Monday Group to design something for March that includes buttons and a part of your favorite song. I decided to use the title of "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz. It is one of me and my Hubby's absolute favorite songs.

Sweety, I love you with all my heart!!

Materials used:
1 - 6x6 Canvas
Deco Arts Gloss Enamels
- Primary Yellow
- Bright Yellow
- Bright Orange
- Indian Turquoise
- Copper Dazzling Metalics
1 Flower
1 Black button
1 Silver metal butto
Red Smooch Spray by Clearsnap
Red India Ink (Not pictured)
Stazon Brown InkPad
Red Copic Marker
Black Copic Pen

If you would like more info about WOYWW, please pop over to Stamping Ground and our fearless leader Julia will explain all the fun. You can find all the intricate details here. Think of it as a legal way to nose around and see what other people are doing. It's tons of fun and you will meet gobs of people around the world. If you want to join in on the fun or just nose around, then check out this weeks post at:

Because this is my favorite song, I am not selling this piece of art, but if you are interested
in similar pieces of art, please check out my Etsy store at:

A great piece of "musical" art, Lori! I am glad that you chose a song that is a favorite of both you and your husband. Makes it even more special. Love the subdued background to make your flower really pop off the canvas! I am a big fan of your varied pieces!
